Timothy has over ten years rich working experience both local and international in law, training and management consultancy.
He has been involved in business process improvement, corporate restructuring, developing corporate governance structures as well as board trainings for companies in the manufacturing, transport, health and agriculture sectors.
Timothy has a deep passion for teaching and is currently a member of adjunct faculty at Strathmore Institute of Management teaching Company law, business strategy and governance. He is also practices law with the firm of Mwange Timothy & Company Advocates and a consultant with the Strathmore Research and Consultancy Centre.
He holds a post Graduate diploma from the Kenya school of law and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Nairobi. He is also certified public accountant, certified secretary as well as a trained arbitrator.
